In the course of using the platform, we may collect the following personal data: • Email address — required for complaint confirmation and sending notifications about complaint status. • Geographic location — GPS coordinates and address associated with the submitted complaint, to identify the problem location. • IP address — automatically collected for security purposes and platform abuse prevention. • Photographs — optional images uploaded by the user to document the reported problem. • Name — if the user chooses to create an account on the platform.
The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes: • Registration, confirmation and tracking of municipal complaints. • Forwarding complaints to the competent municipal councils and parish councils. • Sending email notifications about complaint status and progress. • Generating aggregate and anonymous statistics about municipality performance. • Prevention of fraud, spam and platform abuse.
The processing of your personal data is based on: • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — by submitting a complaint, the user consents to the processing of data for the purposes described. • Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for security, abuse prevention and continuous improvement of the platform. The platform uses cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site, including session cookies and language preferences. Analytical cookies (Microsoft Clarity) may be used to understand browsing behaviour and improve the user experience. These cookies do not collect personally identifiable data.
